Dr. Artur Henke
Medical Director
Dr. Henke is a Board Certified Dermatologist who in 2008 realized his dream of building Placer Dermatology & Skin Care Center, a state of the art medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology facility in Roseville, California.
Dr. Henke received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley where he majored in Genetics. He received his medical degree from the University of California Davis School of Medicine in 1999. Dr. Henke’s training continued at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California, where he completed his Dermatology residency in 2004 holding title of Chief Resident during his final year and where he was later part of the Volunteer Clinical Faculty in the Department of Dermatology. After completing his dermatology training, Dr. Henke and his wife decided to stay in Placer County with their children and two dogs. After being part of Kaiser Permanente for four years, in 2008, Dr. Henke started his own practice where he continues to see patients and work closely with other highly experienced providers to provide the most up to date, caring and customized patient experience.
Dr. Henke specializes in various aspects of medical and surgical dermatology including screening for, evaluation of, and management of skin cancers, precancers, abnormal moles, inflammatory skin conditions, and skin infections. He also performs cosmetic procedures including Botox/Dysport and cosmetic skin surgery. Being a skilled skin surgeon and having performed over 10,000 skin surgeries on all parts of the body, Dr. Henke offers over 20 years of medical and surgical experience. He enjoys challenging dermatologic cases which often results in him getting referrals and second opinions from other dermatologists, specialists and primary care physicians.

“I find dermatology a very rewarding field, being able to diagnose and treat a vast majority of abnormal growths and skin cancers before they are a problem, controlling skin diseases like eczema or psoriasis which can affect patient’s lives so much, and providing peace of mind to patients with regular screening appointments. I also enjoy rare challenging dermatologic cases which often require knowledge of multiple organ systems and internal diseases. I like to inform and educate patients about their skin conditions so we can come up with a treatment plan best suited for them. Most of all, I look forward to forming long term relationships with my patients who I see regularly and get to know so well- I find it very fulfilling.”

Yun Ehrlich
Nurse Practitioner
Yun (Cathleen) Ehrlich is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Medical and Surgical Dermatology. Cathleen started her academic career in China by earning a medical degree and a Master of Science in Neuro-Physiology.
In 2006, Cathleen moved to the United States and earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nursing from Florida International University. She then participated in a Dermatology Fellowship Program at the University of Miami in 2015. After working in New York and Florida performing surgical and cosmetic dermatology procedures, she joined Placer Dermatology in October, 2018.
Cathleen is an experienced and efficient Dermatology Nurse Practitioner consistently recognized by providers and patients for excellence in the diagnosis and treatment of general, surgical and cosmetic dermatology issues in children and adults. She has an extensive background in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of surgical and non-surgical patients.
Cathleen has a husband, two daughters, and a dog and lives in Placer County. In her free time, she enjoys tending to her extensive garden and enjoying her many fruits and vegetables.
