Everyone was great. I especially like being addressed by my first name when I arrive & having the option to grab a water or hot drink at the minibar area. The Waiting room decor is very relaxing & I felt right at home. Olivia is exceptional with injections & recommending placement and areas of need for fillers. I loved my experience at Cool springs location. Thanks for making me feel so welcomed.

Doc gets right to the point and knows what needs to be done. Thanks to Placer Dermatology, skin cancer that other dermatologists said was fine has been diagnosed and treated. This office may have wait times occasionally, but I’d rather spend the extra 15 in a cleanly waiting room rather than the time and money getting surgery done on a cancer that wasn’t caught by other providers. Great work!

Highly recommend this place! Specifically recommend Dr. Steven if you are suffering with acne. I had acne and tried everything and even went to a different derm in Roseville and was pushed by the way side to “just use this cream” that I had already been using. I came to placer with low expectations and Dr. Steven blew me out of the water. He is so personable, knowledgeable, helpful and kind! Any time I had a problem with getting my prescription, to no fault of Placer Derm, they were always willing to help in any way. I was on acutane for about 8 months and it was the best decision for me. I am forever grateful to Dr. Steven for helping me to be more comfortable in my own skin. I was reassured that if I ever need to come back because of my skin to just call and he’ll see me. Super glad that I continued the hunt for the perfect dermatologist!! I would also like to add that they take tricare for military and dependents.

Professional, extremely clean, all patients are covid checked. All covid procedures practiced. Dr. Henke very professional, knowledgeable, explains things in layman’s terms to his patients. Highly recommend him.

This place was great. My husband came here to for an exam and to have skin tags removed. The office was clean and they provided refreshments in the lobby. The doctor took her time answering questions and was very thorough with the exam. The price to pay cash was very reasonable and I highly recommend this place.

I had an appointment today and my experience was excellent. I filled out the new patient paperwork, waited approximately 6 to 7 minutes and then was taken to an exam room. The assistant was very attentive and asked pertinent questions. The doctor arrived a short time later and completed my exam. She was very nice and took the time to explain the treatment plan and the costs associated. I was never pressured to purchase any of the products they sell. Great staff, great doctor, and nice office. I would highly recommend.

Nurses are very friendly. Nice office, short wait time. I felt my doctor cared and took the extra time to talk about what options were available. My mom has been going for years and loves it. I recommend this place to anyone looking for dermatological care.

When i saw all the reviews i did NOT want to go here at all i told my mom to cancel the appointment but when i came the wait was like 5 minutes and the doctors were very nice. This place was amazing i dont know why the rating is so low

Have tired other dermatologists and they pale in comparison to
Dr. Henke. Extremely professional and intelligent.
Trust me….even if you experience a bit of a wait to see him….it is WELL WORTH your time.
